We take great pride in delivering high-quality, made-to-order items and apparel.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

🎯 1. Eligibility for Returns

As all our products are made-to-order, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

✔ Damaged product received
If your item arrives damaged, bent, broken, scratched, or defective.

✔ Severely delayed shipping
If the order has not been shipped within 10–12 days from the order date.

If the order is not delivered due to customer-side issues, it will not be eligible for refund.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Incorrect or incomplete address provided
• Customer unavailable to receive the parcel
• Call not answered / unreachable during delivery attempt
• Open-box delivery request refused
• Network issues or OTP not shared at the time of delivery
• Customer refused delivery

In such cases:

✔ The order will be returned to us by the courier partner
✔ Reshipping is available after confirmation

🔁 Reshipping Charges: ₹179 must be paid by the customer for re-dispatch.

Please ensure your address and contact details are correct to avoid delays or additional charges.

❌ 2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Wrong size, frame, or variant selected by the customer
• Order placed by mistake
• Minor color variations due to screen or lighting differences
• Design preference changes after delivery
• Slight print or quality variations (each product is handcrafted)

Since every order is printed individually, we cannot accept returns based on personal preference, dislike, or aesthetics.

📸 3. Damaged Product – How to Raise a Request

If you receive a damaged product:

🕒 Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Please share:

Order ID
Clear photos of the damage
Unboxing video (recommended for faster approval)

⏳ Requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours.

🔁 4. Replacement Policy

Replacements are only done if the product received doesn't match the published size chart.
Please note that 1-1/2 inches tolerance is acceptable and would not qualify for a replacement.

If your claim is approved:

✔ Free replacement sent
✔ No return shipping required
✔ Replacement dispatched within 10 working days

💰 5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

• Product is out of stock
• Order was never shipped

Refund Details:
✔ Refunded to the original payment method
✔ Processing time: 4–7 working days

🏠 7. Incorrect Address Policy

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

• Order is not eligible for refund
• Re-delivery charges must be paid by the customer
• Returned orders will be re-shipped after reshipping fee payment
