π― 1. Eligibility for Returns
As all our products are made-to-order, returns are accepted only in the following cases:
β Damaged product received
If your item arrives damaged, bent, broken, scratched, or defective.
β Severely delayed shipping
If the order has not been shipped within 10β12 days from the order date.

If the order is not delivered due to customer-side issues, it willΒ not be eligible for refund.
This includes (but is not limited to):
β’ Incorrect or incomplete address provided
β’ Customer unavailable to receive the parcel
β’ Call not answered / unreachable during delivery attempt
β’ Open-box delivery request refused
β’ Network issues or OTP not shared at the time of delivery
β’ Customer refused delivery
In such cases:
β The order will be returned to us by the courier partner
β Reshipping is available after confirmation
π Reshipping Charges: βΉ179 must be paid by the customer for re-dispatch.
Please ensure your address and contact details are correct to avoid delays or additional charges.
β 2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
β’ Change of mind
β’ Wrong size, frame, or variant selected by the customer
β’ Order placed by mistake
β’ Minor color variations due to screen or lighting differences
β’ Design preference changes after delivery
β’ Slight print or quality variations (each product is handcrafted)
Since every order is printed individually, we cannot accept returns based on personal preference, dislike, or aesthetics.

πΈ 3. Damaged Product β How to Raise a Request
If you receive a damaged product:

π 4. Replacement Policy
Replacements are only done if the product received doesn't match the published size chart.
Please note that 1-1/2 inches tolerance is acceptable and would not qualify for a replacement.
If your claim is approved:
β Free replacement sent
β No return shipping required
β Replacement dispatched within 10Β working days
π° 5. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
β’ Product is out of stock
β’ Order was never shipped
Refund Details:
β Refunded to the original payment method
β Processing time: 4β7 working days

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

β’ Re-delivery charges must be paid by the customer
β’ Returned orders will be re-shipped after reshipping fee payment
